Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Restful Homes Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead by example and develop effective teams within the region.
    • Develop a positive working environment that fosters good practice and rewards excellence.
    • Provide regular supervision and annual appraisal to team leaders and senior staff members.
    • Ensure good quality working relationships are built and maintained between staff and service users.
  • Quality Management
    • Ensure the region is run in line with statutory and company policies and procedures.
    • Develop a culture that enables staff to maximize their development and create areas of expertise.
    • Undertake monthly quality assessment audits to ensure a continuously improving service.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage delegated budgets to ensure resources are used to best effect.
    • Report financial discrepancies to the operations director.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure the region meets health and safety regulations and guidance.
    • Complete RIDDOR and Reg.37 reports as required.
  • Partnership Working
    • Maintain effective links with head office and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain close contact with families and carers as appropriate.
  • Equality and Diversity
    • Ensure equality in the workplace.
    • Support people to express their individuality and uniqueness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
