- Site Visits: Attend site visits as required to meet with customers, site teams, and Customer Care Maintenance Operatives/Operations Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Construction, Sales, and Accounts, to ensure optimal communication and achieve company KPIs.
- Customer Service Experience: Essential experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Team Management: Experience of managing a team, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, site teams, and other departments.
- Technical Skills: Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word, with the ability to use these tools to manage and analyze data.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
