About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Apetito Limited, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to take customer orders and make outbound courtesy calls to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders via phone or internet
Make outbound courtesy calls to customers
Support drivers with route planning for delivery rounds
Ensure each customer receives exemplary service on every interaction
Update customer records and liaise with customer relatives as needed
Provide customers with information on cooking, storing, and reordering meals
Prepare promotional literature and communicate new products or promotions to customers
Search for new business opportunities and share best practices with colleagues

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a caring nature. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our customers, who are predominantly elderly and rely on our office teams to take their orders. You will need to be organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.

Requirements

Experience in a customer service role
Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders
Confident telephone manner
Ability to pay attention to detail and be accurate in your work
Numerate and good written English; GCSE Maths & English standard or equivalent
Ability to work to deadlines
