About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Apetito Limited. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Update customer records and communicate with customer relatives as required
  • Ensure customers are provided with clear instructions on how to cook, store, and re-order meals
  • Prepare promotional literature and communicate details of new products or promotions to customers
  • Search for and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Share best practices with colleagues to continuously improve our service proposition
About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the elderly or care market
  • Confident using a personal computer to manage and process orders
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Numerate and good written English, with GCSE Maths and English standard or equivalent
