Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 months of Quantity Surveying experience with a focus on due diligence, or at least 2 years of experience in Bank Monitoring.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in report writing and technical due diligence.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a flexible benefits package that includes pension contributions, healthcare options, and a substantial bonus structure ranging from 10% to 20% per annum, distributed biannually.
