We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Igloo, a leading Used Car Supermarket. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transactions between our customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and clients via email or over the phone.
  • Process reimbursements for customers and repairers.
  • Interpret customer concerns and comments, ensuring customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent PC and telephone skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
