Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and clients via email or over the phone.
- Process reimbursements for customers and repairers.
- Interpret customer concerns and comments, ensuring customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed.
- Excellent PC and telephone skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
