Your Role at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited

As a Night Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a dedicated group of care assistants. Your leadership will be pivotal in organizing the team and setting a positive example for others to follow. You will facilitate their growth through regular supervisions, one-on-one meetings, and annual performance evaluations.

Your duties will include monitoring and assessing residents' care plans, ensuring that all team members adhere to these plans. You will also be tasked with accurately documenting and reporting the daily progress of residents. Additionally, you will engage in care assistant responsibilities as needed.

In times of crisis or emergencies, your ability to remain calm and take charge will be essential for both staff and residents.
