The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in yacht crew roles, particularly in stewarding, and be prepared to transition into a land-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist household staff with cleaning and laundry duties as needed.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and contractors.
  • Welcome guests and provide refreshments and beverages.
  • Manage shopping duties and conduct inventory assessments.
  • Support the chef and butler in daily operations.
  • Set dining tables and provide service during meals.
  • Maintain silverware and care for antiques and artwork.
  • Oversee household floral arrangements and overall aesthetic presentation.
  • Attend to the daily needs of the family.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in yachting as a Chief Stewardess or 2nd Steward on larger vessels.
  • Exceptional housekeeping standards.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance at all times.
  • Verifiable references.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
