Chief of Staff/Estate Manager/Personal PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff/Estate Manager/Personal PA to support the personal endeavors of our UHNW client, a financier based in London.

This is not a corporate/business Chief of Staff role, but rather a personal assistant position that requires flexibility to travel globally and strong household management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the principals with all their personal and private interests, including charitable endeavors and event planning
  • Managing the full transportation fleet, including private jets
  • International travel with full flexibility to ensure the principals are fully supported
  • Acting as the key contact for, and gateway to, the principals for all their personal and private matters
  • Hiring, liaising with, and managing domestic/personal staff at all levels
  • Managing multiple properties globally
  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, designers, and other professionals across the properties, managing all issues that may arise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong longevity in a similar and current role working with one UHNW individual or family
  • A proven track record of managing multiple households, including managing staff
  • Experience working with similar UHNW individuals in finance, tech, property, etc.
  • UK or US based only
