At The May Fair Hotel, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're seeking a skilled Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our back of house.

About the Role:

  • As Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our back of house operations during the night, working closely with the Back of House Manager.
  • You'll oversee the cleanliness of all cutlery and crockery, maintain stock levels, and receive and inspect goods for the Back of House area.
  • Additionally, you'll assist in training and developing Food and Beverage Stewards, identifying training needs, and supporting health and safety audits.

Requirements:

  • Current supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
  • Ability to prioritize business needs and drive back of house operations.
  • Working knowledge of back of house areas and health and safety procedures.
  • Health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
