The May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward to join our team. As a key member of our back of house operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and food service areas during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and food service areas, including the receipt and storage of goods.
  • Assist in the training and development of Food and Beverage Stewards, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Identify and address any health and safety concerns, working closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Support the Back of House Manager in the identification of training needs and the development of training programs to enhance the skills of our team members.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in back of house operations and food service management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations, with a minimum of CIEH Level Two qualifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
