We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward to join our team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a key member of our back of house operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and food service areas during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and food service areas, including the storage and handling of food and supplies.
  • Assist in the training and development of Food and Beverage Stewards, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the kitchen and food service areas are maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Support the Back of House Manager in the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring that all items are properly checked and accounted for.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in back of house operations and food service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Food and Beverage Stewards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
