Job Title: Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward to join our team at The Londoner, a 5-star hotel in the heart of Leicester Square.

Job Summary:

The Night Food and Beverage Chief Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the back of house during nighttime hours. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of cutlery and crockery, overseeing stock levels, and receiving goods for the back of house area. The successful candidate will also assist in the training and development of Food and Beverage Stewards and support health and safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the back of house area
  • Oversee the receipt and storage of goods for the back of house area
  • Assist in the training and development of Food and Beverage Stewards
  • Support health and safety audits and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure seamless operation of the back of house
Requirements:
  • Current Back of House supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment
  • Ability to prioritize business needs and drive back of house operations
  • Working knowledge of back of house areas and ability to assist internal and external clients
  • Health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two
