Key Responsibilities- Employee Data Management: Process employee data, including leaves and benefits, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Reporting and Analytics: Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases, including headcount and turnover reports, to provide valuable insights to the organization.
- System Administration: Create new accounts, manage access permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our HR software.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to system users on the functionalities and new features of our HR systems.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Gather payroll data, including wages and working hours, and update employee records with new hire information.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and report technical issues to ensure that our HR systems are running efficiently.
- Data Governance: Develop data processing guidelines and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with databases and HR software, including payroll and applicant tracking systems.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to the organization.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, with a diploma in Human Resources being a plus.
