Job Overview

FallenAmbers is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing our internal databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records, and providing training to users on our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Process employee data, including leaves and benefits, and ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases, including headcount and turnover reports, to provide valuable insights to the organization.
  • System Administration: Create new accounts, manage access permissions, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our HR software.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to system users on the functionalities and new features of our HR systems.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Gather payroll data, including wages and working hours, and update employee records with new hire information.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot and report technical issues to ensure that our HR systems are running efficiently.

Requirements
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with databases and HR software, including payroll and applicant tracking systems.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to the organization.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, with a diploma in Human Resources being a plus.
