Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Systems Integrators, and platforms within the Financial Services domain, including Lending, Insurance, Parking, Ticketing, and Ride-Hailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of sales management, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, and supporting partner sales enablement.
  • Define and implement co-marketing initiatives to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Act as a creative and resourceful collaborator, actively listening to challenges and driving the team towards the successful integration of new partners to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sector opportunities, maintaining a strong focus on pipeline development and conversion metrics.
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of current and prospective client information, promoting best practices.
  • Lead negotiations and establish contract terms that foster advantageous relationships.
  • Maximize opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership by collaborating with marketing on partner campaigns, media events, and optimizing participation in strategic conferences.
  • Enhance the Acquired Payments partner program to maximize commercial returns from all managed partnerships.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, objectives, planning, and forecasting.
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiencies, enabling the team to work more effectively across various projects and teams.
