Job Summary:

Gartner is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Partner, Public Sector to join our world-class Strategy Consulting team. The successful candidate will provide technology foresight and market intelligence to senior Government leaders, driving strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technology foresight and market intelligence to senior Government leaders
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the CEO, CDO, CFO, CIO, and senior IT executives
  • Lead IT strategy engagements and contribute to sales pursuits and proposal writing
  • Develop and maintain expertise in strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services

Requirements:

  • Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
  • MBA qualification desirable
  • Excellent understanding of the Public Sector in the UK, ideally in Local Government, Central Government, and Highways and DoT
  • Digital Transformation and Technology and IT Strategy experience
  • Sourcing and Contract Optimisation and Strategic Transformation experience
  • Expertise in strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
