Job Summary

The National Director of Risk Services for Baldwin Risk Partners plays a pivotal role in shaping, directing, and overseeing workflows, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve set objectives. This leadership position encompasses the oversight of regional Client Service Specialist leaders and claims advocate colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Workflow Management: Collaborates closely with the Director of Client Experience, National Managing Director, National Director of Sales & National Operations Director to structure and manage workflows that promote business objectives, profitability, and retention in a cooperative environment.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Provides effective mentorship, coaching, and guidance while contributing to the professional growth of regional team leaders.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Fulfills the roles and duties of CSS leaders as required, exercises day-to-day supervision, guidance, and accountability of team members, and conducts annual performance assessments for team members.
  • Strategic Planning and Team Motivation: Promotes a positive work environment characterized by open communication and enhanced morale, devises effective strategies, and fosters motivation among team members to achieve the vision.
  • Technical Expertise and Compliance: Holds all necessary State Department of Insurance licenses to offer consultation and financial risk transfer solutions in operating states, possesses comprehensive technical insurance knowledge, and adheres to predefined workflows and processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Holds all necessary State Department of Insurance licenses, possesses comprehensive technical insurance knowledge, and has experience in managing personal performance and that of team members.
  • Skills and Abilities: Proficient in managing personal performance and that of team members, adhering to predefined workflows and processes, capable of devising effective strategies, and fostering motivation among team members to achieve the vision.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Possesses exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, and is proficient in the relevant software.
