Job Title: Client Experience Leader, Commercial Risk

Job Summary:

The Client Experience Leader, Commercial Risk will lead, mentor, and coach a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance and risk management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of client segmentation strategies to ensure business goals, profitability, and retention are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage insurance company partner relationships, including team meetings and training.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage team colleagues to develop bench strength.
  • Perform annual performance reviews and provide feedback to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of commercial insurance experience required.
  • 5 years of experience supporting clients in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and natural resources industries preferred.
  • Strong technical insurance knowledge and excellent communication skills.
