Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager with Mandarin language proficiency to join our team at People First. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial reports, including SAP FI postings and ET month-end close processes
  • Prepare weekly profit forecasts and monthly PCIL consolidated performance analyses for HQ
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, and enhance accounting and reporting systems
  • Provide accounting advice and guidance on new business assurance processes
  • Deal with queries and reporting requirements from HQ

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Commercial, or Maritime Studies, or equivalent
  • ACCA, AAT, LCCI, or CAT fully qualified
  • Solid relevant experience in trading or finance industry
  • Excellent team working and networking skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
