Job Summary:

Jobshop UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lettings Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the referencing process for applicants, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and processed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the renewal of tenancies, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted to the relevant parties.
  • Assist with the coordination of viewings, including booking appointments and communicating with applicants and landlords.
  • Log and manage maintenance issues, ensuring prompt attention is given to any problems that arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both applicants and landlords, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a lettings or property management environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with applicants and landlords.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
