Location:
Glasgow Office

Job Type:
Full-Time, Permanent (39.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday)

Salary:
£25,000 per annum + performance-based earnings up to £400 monthly

About the Role:
As a Customer Retention Executive at Matthew Algie, you will be instrumental in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring business continuity. Your key responsibilities will encompass engaging with customers who have not made recent purchases, resolving concerns, and enhancing sales through proficient communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with non-buying customers to comprehend their reasons and devise strategies to retain their business
  • Address concerns of customers looking to terminate contracts and mitigate potential losses
  • Spot cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer requirements
  • Achieve monthly retention objectives and maintain accurate customer records
  • Stay informed about company offerings and services

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales role
  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with order processing systems
