Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential elderly care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a residential care home, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and services. You will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  • Proven experience of managing a residential care home
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and services
