Job Title: Care Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our exceptional care home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and promoting the interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the delivery of exceptional care services to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring business objectives and CQC compliance criteria are met.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Relations Team to maintain optimum occupancy and control costs.
  5. Collaborate with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure exceptional standards in the home's environment.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC.
  2. Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care.
  3. Proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting and financial management planning.
  4. Proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading, and motivating others.
  5. Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate.
