We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential elderly care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a residential care home, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care to residents. They will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled professionals, ensuring the home is compliant with local governing bodies, and driving commercial and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, a flexible and dynamic approach, and a passion for elderly care. They will be able to evidence their ability to run a successful care home, with a strong focus on resident care and well-being.
