Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at May & Stephens. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Projects
    • Work with our marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services.
    • Coordinate online and in-person events, including invitation creation, distribution, external promotion, venue sourcing, catering, and on-the-day event organization.
    • Develop and deliver educational content through stand-alone events and key industry gatherings.
    • Work with our design partners to develop and evolve our branding, logos, and templates in line with new initiatives and business requirements.
    • Ensure all marketing collateral is kept up-to-date and relevant for our products and services.
  • Business Development
    • Support the development and execution of our business growth strategies.
    • Work with our sales teams to deliver project plans for core business applications.
    • Assist senior members of our Projects and Marketing team to deliver projects on time and budget.
    • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day ticket management of issues on our core business applications.
    • Be the go-between for our Sales & Trading desk and key software partners who provide technical support on various platforms.
  • Requirements
    • A graduate or of graduate calibre, with 1-2 years of experience.
    • Experience of delivering projects on time and on budget with positive outcomes.
    • The ability to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative ability to generate thoughtful marketing content for product campaigns and collateral.
    • A tenacious, positive outlook underpinned by a can-do attitude.
    • A desire to learn and build relationships across a global business.
