About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven individual to join our Hub Team as a Business Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping small businesses access the financial support they need to thrive.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and stakeholders to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services to support business growth and development.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and address the financial challenges faced by small businesses.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships to support the growth of our Hub.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 2 days of office attendance per week.
