Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in Painting and Decorating. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Specialist, your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating leads. You will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target key industries and sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in sales, preferably in the construction or building services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on business development and revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission based on orders. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
