About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our primary care mental health service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop programmes of care packages for individuals with common mental health problems.
  • Provide a range of information and support for evidence-based high-volume low-intensity psychological treatments, including guided self-help computerised CBT and pharmacological treatments.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure appropriate step-up and step-down arrangements are in place to maintain a stepped care approach.
  • Prepare and present clinical information for all patients on their caseload to clinical case management supervisors within the service.
  • Engage in and respond to personal development supervision to improve competences and clinical practice.
Requirements
  • PG qualification in Low Intensity CBT.
  • Experience in working in primary care/IAPT services.
  • Knowledge of Low intensity working models.
