About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at W McClure Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, head office leads, and personal lead generation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance and give feedback on competitor activities to head office as needed.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to aid the smooth running of the business.
  • Industry Representation: Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand its professional network.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar sales role would be an advantage.
  • Sales Principles and Practices: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software would be an advantage.
  • Travel Requirements: Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
