Job Opportunity: Lift Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts.
  • Responding to lift breakdown callouts to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Building strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Solving complex issues with Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including LG1 examinations.
  • Working independently to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
