Job Opportunity: Elevator Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Orona. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems in the Belfast area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure elevator systems are functioning correctly.
  • Respond to elevator breakdowns and carry out minor repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by meeting agreed response times and providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota and provide regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Solve issues with a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently and use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
