Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication with clients, and maintenance & repair of lift systems. This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve lift system issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional field service and maintenance & repair skills to ensure optimal lift performance
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Requirements

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining lift systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
