Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team covering the Belfast area. As a seasoned Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifting equipment.
  • Responding to lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and contributing to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solving complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Working independently and utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
