**Job Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Maintenance Specialist at ELITE LIFTS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication with clients, and maintenance & repair of lift systems. This role is primarily based in Belfast with flexibility for some remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Troubleshooting and technical support for lift systems
  • Field service and maintenance & repair of lift systems
  • Effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Experience in servicing and maintaining lift systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field
