Position Overview
- To elevate the experience of all club members and visitors.
- To assist in the acquisition and retention of memberships by delivering outstanding customer service.
- To uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the club as required.
- To act as a dependable key holder for the club and cover shifts when necessary.
- To possess a thorough understanding of the membership management software.
- To remain informed about current Fitness Challenges, class offerings, and gym floor activities, actively participating in them.
- To support the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations.
- To ensure familiarity with the products and services available.
- To maintain high cleanliness standards at the facilities by actively engaging in club upkeep alongside the team.
- To drive the achievement of secondary revenue targets.
- To effectively resolve any member concerns and escalate to the appropriate manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in all administrative responsibilities.
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop skills pertinent to the role.
- Willing to engage in training and development opportunities to enhance both skills and career prospects.
- Able to undertake operational key holder responsibilities as required by the business.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexible to work various shifts, support team members, and take on additional duties when necessary.
- Target-oriented to contribute to sales and retention goals for the organization.
