Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly proficient, self-driven, and organized Lead Software Architect to become a part of our exceptional global team, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to the logistics sector and beyond. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the design and execution of a modular, microservices-oriented platform tailored to our international market.
  • Focus on test and infrastructure automation, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional domains, along with tests that validate a scalable, secure, and dependable architecture.
  • Engage with Product Managers, UX Designers, engineers, and leadership to create innovative and user-centric solutions.
  • Offer technical direction and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Champion technical excellence and guarantee the delivery of high-caliber code.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical roadmap of our digital solutions.
  • Encourage best practices, code evaluations, and continuous enhancement within the team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior engineer with substantial software development expertise, particularly in front-end technologies and at least one back-end technology such as Java, C#, Golang, or C++.
  • Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS, Docker, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality, meticulously crafted software.
