Project Architect Job Description

Trevor Brown Architect is an established practice in North London seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to lead projects in our busy studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead projects from preparation to handover, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain design intent and quality through construction detailing.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.
  • Provide excellent communication and organisational skills, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in private practice within the UK.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic architect with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects. Salary: Negotiable, in line with RIBA salary guide, or £45-50k.
