The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing Analytics to lead our marketing analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing analytics strategies, leveraging data to inform marketing mix decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 7 analysts and a long-standing agency team of 2-3 part-time analysts, with 5 direct reports.
  • Matrix manage Marketing Data Engineers and a Data Scientist who sit outside of the team but are integral to its success.
  • Ensure continued success of BAU support for all marketing stakeholders across all channels, enabling the team to overcome blockers, obtain buy-in, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Define and enable the delivery of marketing analytics quarterly OKRs and goals with the team.
  • Refine and deliver on two core initiatives: Customer Data Platform implementation and utilization, and Marketing Capital Allocation process and execution.
Requirements
  • Marketing analytics specialism with a background in marketing analytics, a passion for various marketing channels, and experience with Google channels and platforms.
  • Experience in embedding marketing capital allocation into business budgeting, with specific experience with MMMs and incrementality.
  • Experience with utilizing and/or implementing Martech, especially a Customer Data Platform.
  • Strong SQL skills, with other programming languages like Python being a bonus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset, with experience leading large teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
