This role involves coordinating all aspects of events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the highest expectations of our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with General Managers to plan and organize events that align with our brand's high standards.
- Sales and Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the local business community to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proactive Sales Approach: Implement strategies to drive sales through private bookings and events, ensuring the venues are consistently busy.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promote the venues through various marketing channels to reach a broader audience.
- Booking System Management: Oversee the inbound sales and booking system, ensuring it is used effectively to maximize sales.
- Market Trends and Networking: Regularly attend industry networking events to stay informed about market trends and to promote our venues.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry and managing more than 1 venue.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
