We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bank Team Administrator to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide administrative support to our busy CAMHS iRock Service based in Hastings/Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including data input, processing of new referrals, and typing of clinical letters and reports.
- Answer phone calls efficiently and professionally, taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed on and uploaded to the electronic patient record.
- Manage Outlook diaries, including scheduling appointments and sending appointment letters to confirm.
- Assist the clinical team with any queries and provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
- Develop, manage, and maintain office information systems, including electronic patient records.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualifications.
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Proven experience of a range of administrative procedures.
- Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation with good accuracy.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
