About Career Legal

Career Legal is a leading law firm seeking a skilled Receptionist to join their busy office in London. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the office, meeting and greeting internal and external clients, and ensuring they receive a warm welcome and leave with a positive impression of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Professional Reception Service
    • Provide a high-quality, professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees at all times.
  • Manage Incoming Communications
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate person, taking accurate and clear telephone messages and passing them on to the relevant person in a timely fashion.
  • Support Event Planning
    • Assist with preparing for and running marketing events in the office, which may require working outside of regular hours from time to time.
  • Coordinate Logistics
    • Ensure catering and presentational requirements are provided for each room booking, as necessary. If outside catering is required for an event, ensure it is in place, meeting the requirements of the host.

Requirements

  • Previous Office Experience
    • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a reception or client-facing role.
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience of setting up AV equipment.
    • Experience of Condeco or similar systems.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Able to operate autonomously and/or with minimum supervision.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
    • Strong client focus and a positive attitude.
    • Good humor and a polite, professional manner.

About the Role
