We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with external partners and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and leverage industry networks to establish partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and literature to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Biologics and Pharma manufacturing space to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
- Present business development data to support internal stakeholder reporting and monitoring.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to stringent protocols and GMP standards.
- BSc or equivalent in a Life Science discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in business development, preferably in the Biologics or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in CRM systems for data tracking and analysis.
- Able to provide elegant solutions to complex problems and exercise active listening skills.
- Technically minded with a strong understanding of customer needs from a scientific perspective.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Desirable: understanding of grant processes and public funding mechanisms supporting R&D innovation.
