Position Overview

The Alexander McQueen Brand Ambassador will embody the essence of the brand, serving as a dedicated team member committed to fostering brand loyalty and creating unforgettable luxury shopping experiences. This role requires full accountability for achieving key performance indicators through tailored client interactions and effective product cross-selling, ensuring a strong rapport with the exclusive AMQ clientele.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding client service by warmly welcoming, actively listening, and assisting clients in fulfilling their desires, showcasing a profound understanding of the products alongside AMQ's rich history and heritage. Actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the boutique. Cultivate, maintain, and enhance client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools to reinforce client loyalty. Contribute to client loyalty initiatives organized by the department or store. Engage clients in discussions about current fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a genuine passion for fashion and luxury items. Strive to surpass individual financial targets and optimize personal sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store. Encourage open and constructive dialogue with team members, adopting a collaborative mindset and proposing effective solutions when necessary. Promote a positive work environment in alignment with the House's Code of Conduct. Embrace a continuous learning approach by actively seeking and welcoming feedback from peers and management. Uphold shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels are maintained, adhering to House policies and procedures while utilizing various training resources provided by the company. Comply with grooming standards as per AMQ policies. Adhere to company procedures and guidelines regarding visual merchandising, operational protocols, stock management, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and all primary reporting activities mandated by headquarters, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.

Essential Qualifications

Demonstrated alignment with the desired Alexander McQueen behaviors. Proven experience in a comparable role within the fashion retail sector or customer service environment. Established ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs. Genuine interest in fashion, with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and news. Team-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Proficient selling skills with the ability to address objections effectively. Client-focused approach coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of luxury products with a keen interest in fashion trends, the luxury market, and social media. Proficiency in utilizing digital retail tools and CRM systems. Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
