Position Overview
The Alexander McQueen Brand Specialist will serve as a devoted representative of the brand, embodying its values and fostering a collaborative environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring that each client interaction is transformed into an extraordinary luxury shopping journey. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving set performance indicators through tailored client engagement and effective product cross-selling.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding client experience by welcoming, understanding, and assisting clients in fulfilling their desires, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of the products along with the brand's legacy and craftsmanship. Actively identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the boutique. Cultivate, sustain, and enhance client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools to bolster client loyalty. Participate in departmental or store initiatives aimed at client engagement to reinforce client loyalty. Engage clients in discussions about current fashion trends and developments in the luxury sector, demonstrating a genuine passion for fashion and luxury items. Strive to surpass individual sales targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store. Encourage open and constructive dialogue with colleagues, adopting a cooperative approach and proposing effective solutions when necessary. Foster a positive workplace atmosphere in alignment with the brand's core values. Maintain a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking and welcoming feedback from peers and management. Uphold shop floor standards and ensure adequate product availability in accordance with company policies and procedures, utilizing various training resources provided. Adhere to grooming standards in line with brand policies. Comply with company procedures and guidelines regarding visual merchandising, operational protocols, inventory management, and all reporting activities mandated by headquarters, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.Essential Qualifications
Demonstrated alignment with the desired Alexander McQueen behaviors. Proven experience in a comparable role within the fashion retail sector or customer service environment. Track record of driving and exceeding individual and store performance metrics. Genuine interest in fashion with a keen awareness of industry trends and news. Collaborative team-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong sales acumen and capacity to address client objections. Client-focused approach with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Knowledge of luxury products with a strong interest in fashion trends, the luxury market, and digital engagement. Proficiency in utilizing digital retail tools and CRM systems. Capability to remain mobile for extended periods.Employment Type
