About the Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join the In-House Pensions team of a globally recognized and award-winning Multi Media and Broadcasting company, part of the Alexander Lloyd group.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the team, you will oversee, manage, and further develop all DC Governance measures across the DC Pension arrangements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • You will provide high-quality Pension scheme management and Trustee services to the Boards, including maintaining key Trustee policies and identifying solutions to complex queries.
  • You will assess and communicate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on the DC arrangements.

Requirements

  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential.
  • You will need to be confident working independently while understanding the importance of close collaboration with colleagues.
  • Strong Pension professionals with excellent DC Pension scheme knowledge, either already working in a similar position or an ambitious and driven professional looking to step up into this type of position, will be considered.
