Pension Governance Specialist Opportunity

Aon Corporation is seeking a skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join our team. As a Pension Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of defined benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting advice and support to trustee boards on pension scheme governance.
  • Develop and implement governance strategies to ensure the effective operation of pension schemes.
  • Work closely with our administration, project consultancy, and specialist teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of defined benefit pension schemes and governance principles.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually, with a flexible and can-do attitude.
