Pension Governance Specialist Opportunity

Aon is seeking a skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join our Trustee Retirement Consulting Team. As a Pension Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to clients, including client management, pensions management, secretariat, and specialist governance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure Trustee Boards are running pension schemes effectively;
  • Develop and implement governance strategies to support clients in achieving their goals;
  • Collaborate with our administration, project consultancy, and specialist teams to deliver comprehensive services;
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on pension scheme governance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of defined benefit or defined contribution pensions or a willingness to learn;
  • Ability to work in a team and individually, with a flexible, can-do attitude;
  • Good project oversight, time management, and organization skills;
