Position Overview

The Alexander McQueen Brand Experience Advisor serves as a passionate representative of the brand, committed to fostering a collaborative team environment while enhancing customer loyalty. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each client interaction is transformed into a remarkable luxury shopping experience. The Advisor will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators through tailored client engagement and effective product cross-selling strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding client service by welcoming, understanding, and assisting clients to fulfill their needs, showcasing an extensive knowledge of the products and the rich heritage of Alexander McQueen. Actively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the boutique. Build, nurture, and expand client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement. Engage clients in discussions about current fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a genuine passion for fashion and luxury items. Strive to surpass individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Promote open and constructive communication with colleagues, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and proposing effective solutions when necessary. Uphold a positive work environment aligned with the House's Code of Conduct. Maintain a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking and embracing feedback from peers and management. Ensure shop floor standards are upheld and that product availability aligns with company policies, utilizing various training resources provided. Adhere to grooming standards in accordance with Alexander McQueen's policies. Comply with company procedures regarding visual merchandising, operational guidelines, inventory management, and all reporting activities required by the head office, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.

Essential Qualifications

Demonstrated alignment with the core values of Alexander McQueen. Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector or a customer service-oriented environment. Track record of driving and exceeding individual and store performance metrics. Genuine interest in fashion with an awareness of industry trends and news. Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional sales abilities with a knack for overcoming objections. Client-focused mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of luxury products and a keen interest in fashion trends, social media, and the luxury market. Proficiency in utilizing digital retail tools and CRM systems. Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
