Construction Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a specialist contractor, we are a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures.

The Role

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the practical management, planning, and delivery of every stage of a construction project. Your key objectives will be to ensure that building projects are completed safely, within budget, and on time, while maintaining excellent standards.

You will oversee schedules of work and delegate tasks to your team to ensure that each phase of a build goes to plan. This role requires the ability to travel and stay away from home, with the majority of your time spent on-site. You will also be required to attend our Head Office when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager
  • Experience working with Pre-Cast Concrete structures is advantageous but not essential
