Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process for materials and services
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
  • Assist in the management of project risks and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
